This is another Nigellissima inspired recipe that I love because it is easy, quick and delicious. It is both warm and spicy, and creamy which makes it perfect for this time of year when we all need a little warming up! The original is called Prawn Pasta Rosa.
Serves 2
4 x 15ml tbsp milk
4 x 15ml tbsp cream cheese
1 x 15ml tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
150g frozen prawns
200g spaghetti
salt
Boil and salt water in a pan and add the pasta
Whisk together the milk and cream cheese
After the pasta has been on for 5mins;
Put the oil, garlic and chilli in a pan and heat
Add the prawns and stir fry until piping hot
Drain the pasta and put back into the pan
Add the prawns and the sauce and stir to combine
Divide between two bowls and serve immediately
Enjoy!
