Lunch - Amy's Tuna Tagliateli

This is a super simple recipe that is perfect for lunch. I can't remember when I first had this, but it always a useful recipe to store away as most of the ingredients are already in my cupboard

Serves 2

4 tagliateli nests
1 can of tuna in brine
3tsp of mayonaise
Grated chedder cheese for topping
Baby spinach leaves
Salt and pepper

Cook the pasta according to the packet insructions
Drain the tuna and empty into a bowl
Add the mayonaise
When the pasta is cooked, drain and mix with the tuna mayonaise
Sprinkle the cheese on top
Add the spinach on the side

Enjoy!
