This is so simple and so tasty, I absolutely love it! It has just started to snow here and it has cheered me up very much, snow is my favourite weather, it is bright and beautiful and soft, and makes everything pretty! This is a great recipe for cold winter days because it is warm and comforting with a hint of Christmas because of the cranberry.
2 slices of toast
Brie
Cranberry sauce
Butter
Baby spinach leaves to serve
Slather the toast with butter and cranberry sauce
Put generous slices of Brie on top
Put under the grill for 3-4 mins until melted
Serve immediately with baby leave spinach
Enjoy!
